I am accredited by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and am a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa’s M.Ed Counselling Psychology program.

My practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, grief and loss, role and identity changes related to becoming a parent, menopause, illness, and other significant life challenges. I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, chronic overthinking, emotional overwhelm, feeling stuck, and the ongoing impact of difficult life experiences.

I use evidence-based approaches including EMDR therapy, psychotherapy, and talk therapy to support healing, self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth. These approaches can help clients process challenging experiences, develop greater emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked directly with clients for over a dozen years in various social service agencies and programs. I prioritize responsibility, integrity, and compassion in my work and strive to create a warm, collaborative, and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Clients often share that they value having a space where they can speak openly without judgment, slow down and process what is really going on, and feel supported without pressure. We move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful of your individual needs and experiences. There is never an expectation to share more than you feel ready for.
